At Clare Hurley Therapy, I offer a warm approach and practical CBT strategies to help make sense of what’s happening and find ways forward that feel manageable and supportive.

Individual Therapy
For adults or young people who want a space of their own to talk, feel understood, and learn strategies to manage anxiety or low mood.
Parent Sessions
Support and guidance for parents—helping you understand what’s going on and how best to respond in a way that supports change.
Family / partner Sessions
Sessions together to improve communication, reduce stress and conflict, and help everyone feel more supported.
We can move between individual, parent, and family sessions as needs change.
I also offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation, giving you a chance to ask questions and decide whether working together feels right—no pressure or obligation. Contact to discuss fees.
